Good cleaners are trained, not born. At CLEANSLAND we spend considerable time training our owner operators to make sure they have a comprehensive understanding of not only cleaning, but also customer ‘follow-up service’ on an on-going basis, throughout their association with our franchise system.
Within the franchise system, we regularly monitor the quality of service provided, to be certain we are exceeding your expectations, as follows:
- Memo pad. To allow easy communication between clients and cleaners, any messages are checked before each clean, in case of special requests or comments.
- Regular customer care calls are made to check that our service is meeting your expectation.
- Quality controls are routinely conducted to ensure that the highest standard of cleaning is maintained.
